The New Awana Year!
We're back! Starting September 4th we will be back in person every Sunday night from 4:00-6:00 p.m. with all new protocol to keep your kids safe. Sign up any club night! We can't wait to see you there!
Looking for music that your kids can jam out to?
Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting Kolola Kidz Awana for the first time:
First, find the area marked for sign in (to the side of the building marked "D"). There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate area.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: we value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
-Parent/guardian name(s)
-Child's name
-Child's birthday/ grade
-Home address
-Phone number
-Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
If you had prefer you may register prior to your first visit with the button below for a quicker and more convenient experience!

How check-in works
Before Awana: You can check your child(ren) in with any of our team members that will be stationed at the designated sign in area. Simply type in your assigned four digit family code to find your child(ren) in the system. Once you locate your child(ren) in the system simply tap their name and tap sign-in.
After Awana: You can pick your child(ren) up from the same location that you dropped off. Simply repeat the process mentioned above to sign them out.
Durring Awana: In the event that we need to contact you during Awana, our system will send you a message to the given phone number alerting you to the situation and needed response.

Rebekah Gambal"I just want kids to know Jesus and I am dedicated to providing an environment for that to happen." -Rebekah Gambal, Awana CommanderRebekah began working with our Awana program in 2013 and became the Commander in 2019. She is currently working toward a degree in Early Childhood Development at Mississippi State University.
